Job Description

We are looking for suitable Entry-level Financial Services Consultants whom we are able to develop with a fast track Management Program, where candidates will be expected to master all skillsets our platform has to offer within a 2 years horizon, namely Fintech, Digital Marketing, Sales Techniques and Client Relationship Management (non-exhaustive). Candidates are expected to complete their sales Journey within 2 years, after which they will be extensively trained in Management skillsets so they may eventually helm their own team.

With the strong support of our Platform, we seek to develop individuals into multi-faceted Financial Consultants who are competent in;

Client Relationship Management

Technology literacy

Events coordination

Marketing

Legal literacy

Financial Planning

Leadership

These are necessary skillsets for an individual to excel in the new age sales environment Caveat Venditor (Sellers beware). There will be a full range of pre-coding training and on the job training to ensure the competency of our Consultants and interested candidates are expected to complete the full suite.

Job Description

Utilising digital marketing tools and mobile apps to engage clients and prospects on a daily basis

Utilise Non-Face-To-Face programs to conduct online sales process for current Covid 19 situation

Participation in marketing projects for leads generation

Conduct all financial planning presentations within the office premises on a daily basis

Expected to conduct tours of the office premises for new and walk-in clients

New Consultants are expected to tag along with a senior consultant for joint fieldwork on a daily basis to ensure competency of the sales process.

Management path associates should expect themselves to be extremely confident with all aspects of our digital and marketing tools, so they may eventually lead a high-performance team of their own.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to build and maintain good relationships with English and Chinese speaking counterparts)

No work experience required.

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

At least 21 years old (MAS Requirement)
