SG’s homegrown customized cake bakery, is hiring digital customer service support!

This is a highly autonomous position. Our Customer Service Team is responsible for the following:

• The company’s sales and administrative work (Face-to-face and digital available)
• Handle customer enquiries and design cakes
• Work closely with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure smooth daily operations

• You are a bubbly, great communicator. 
• You are spontaneous 
• You’re a highly motivated individual 
• You work well under high pressure, a fast-paced environment
• You are meticulous

Education required: 

• Fluent in english and ability to use social media 
• Bonus if you have background in photoshop, design, customer service/sales or pastry. 
• But really, a great working attitude is what we care most about.
