Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description : The Assistant Restaurant Manager is someone who is passionate about food and customer service. They are a problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. The Assistant Restaurant Manager understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient restaurant operation.

However, this role only has a full time position.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
• Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the company.
• Involved in planning and instructing staff.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
• Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Follow the restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of F&B Experience
• Able to use touch-sensitive POS System.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Able to speak both English and Chinese (Added Advantage)
• Have done any form of sales in the past (Added Advantage)
