Important point to note
We care deeply about our customers, many of whom with serious allergies. Joining our team will require a commitment to taking special care and attention to prevent cross contamination.
Job Scope:
- Wash, Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, kitchen and toilet on a pre-set cleaning schedule / after production
- Help with preparing ingredients for baking breads, cookies and cakes based on provided production schedule
- Bake breads, muffins, cakes, cookies and occasionally other ranges based on recipes provided
- Pack and prepare baked products based on customer orders
- Pass packed orders to delivery team
- Prepare other baking supplies
- Collect, record, store and maintaining ingredients and supplies inventory level
- Record daily production and dispatch quantities of finished and pre-mixes
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Baking or SPM holder at least with technical certs can also be considered
- Holder of an existing Basic Food Handling Cerficate by SFA
- A team player who is willing to take the initiative to help and communicate with each other
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Able to work independently
- Physically fit (some heavy lifting required + need to be on your feet most of the time)
- Be able to use Whatsapp and communicate in basic English and Mandarin with customers
- Able to adapt to changes in procedures and process
- Have to be willing to swap public holiday leaves to non-essential work days
Added bonus:
- Knowledge in dietary requirements e.g. gluten free, vegan, paleo, diabetic, keto etc
- Experience dealing with cakes
Experience:
- Able to communicate in basic English and/or Mandarin
- Basic baking experience (basically we need you to know how to handle a spatula and how baking works)
- Role: Entry Level - Full Time
Working Hours:
- 5.5 Days per week (44 hours) to 6 Days per week
- **Our working days include Saturday and Sunday (your off day will be weekdays)
- 8:00AM to 6:00PM (includes 1 hour lunch break)

Compensation and Benefits:
- Probation salary (first 3 months): S$1,300 - S$1,500 depending on experience
- Starting salary: SGD$1500-SGD$1800 depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus of S$50 tied to personal performance
- Annual 13th month performance bonus tied to customer satisfaction and other KPI
- 7 Days annual leave (after probation)
