Job Description - Bar Manager

Looking for an experienced Bar Manager to partner up with my existing manager to run the daily operations of my restaurant / bar. Basic responsibilities includes PR with customers, pushing of sales, stock take, accounts. Base of S$2200 - S$2500 with monthly sales incentive in the range of S$300-500. Am looking for someone with good attention to detail especially when it comes to accounts and stock take.
