Barista / Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments and perform daily settlement (when required)
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
• Observe relevant health and safety standards
• Coffee brewing, grinding, stocking, promotes and recommendation of coffee, customer service
• Keep equipment clean, maintains and troubleshoot (if any)

Requirements:

• Able to work 6 days per week on weekends and public holidays
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• GCE O levels/Diploma or equivalent
