Butcher

We are searching for enthusiastic and hardworking Singaporean Butchers and Aspiring Butchers to join our team. This will be a butchery unlike any other in Singapore and is a great opportunity to learn more about the skilled craft of butchery where we will practice a nose to tail ethos.

Cut

• You love to work with your hands and the process of turning a whole carcass into all the different cuts excites you.

• You are not afraid of hard work and can work independently. You will need to put in the hours and can work evenings as well as weekends when required.

Share

• You believe in utilising the whole animal and sharing food in a sustainable way.

• You would go the extra mile for customers every time and have great interpersonal skills.

• You have the expertise to share your knowledge with our customers.

Learn 

• You have an appetite and willingness to learn new things.

• You show a great appreciation towards food, people and community.

What you do:  

Cut

• You will be part of a team carrying out day-to-day butchery including breaking down carcasses, making sausages, burgers and other meat products and creating a beautiful counter.

Share

• You will assist customers with their needs and give advice on all Bootle’s products and how they can be used.

Learn 

• You will develop knife skills, improve your knowledge on the use of different meat cuts and enhance your understanding of the importance of ethical animal husbandry.
