Job Description - Catering Sales Executive

Roles of Indoor Sales team

Increasing sales revenue according to monthly sales projection
Increase sales revenue by servicing existing client and expanding segment client list
Meeting KPI
Manage day-to-day full cycle of sales operations
Good product knowledge & able to sell within food costing guideline
Handle & maintain fruitful relationships with clients
Identify client’s needs and offering solution
Provide on-site coordination & client support for major events
Keep abreast of key competitor for individual segment
Stay on top of industry & food trend
Meeting timeline
Updating of Sales Analytic Data Report
Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience
Passionate about customer service and sales activities
Outgoing personality and highly motivated
Bilingual
