Chef (Western food)

Responsibilities

• Cooks food according to menu and standard recipes 

• Estimates food consumption and prepares requisitions, indicating the type and quantity of food items

• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, work area, fridge

. controls cost by minimising spoilage, waste and portion control

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience

• Ability to work cohesively as a team

• 6-day work, benefits include split shift and meal allowances
