Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen premises and equipment at all times
• Support in dish preparation according to given instructions and recipes
• Ensure compliance of all food safety
• Minimise wastage and keep track of food cost and inventory
• Assist and support Chef in overseeing culinary operations
