- Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen premises and equipment at all times

- Support in dish preparation according to given instructions and recipes

- Ensure compliance of all food safety

- Minimise wastage and keep track of food cost and inventory

- Assist and support Chef in overseeing culinary operations
