Counter Service Crew

Job Duties:

• Greet and build rapport with customers
• Attend to customer’s enquiries and serving/packing orders accordingly
• Handle daily cashiering duties including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle orders from multiple delivery platforms
• Monitor stock levels of supplies and inform the Supervisor with regards to ordering of supplies when necessary.
• Follow the Company’s procedures on food hygiene and safety standards at the outlet.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Must be able to work on Weekends & PH if required
• Min 2 years F & B experience as a cashier and service crew
• Good personal presentation, hygiene and food safety skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to do upselling / Service & sales-oriented
• MUST possess a valid Food & Beverage Hygiene certification
• MUST be able to rotate among a few outlets
