Job Description - Admin Executive

Job Description 
• Handling Basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, coordinate with client for daily work schedule.
• Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Supporting employees by facilitation communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate project implementation and updates.
• Providing administrative support as needed.


requirements

• Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
• Attention to details, good problem-solving skills, proactive and organized.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
