Job Description - Food Kiosk Assistant

  • Manage day-to-day operations of food kiosk
  • Simple cooking needed, cashier handling and food preparaion.
  • Maintain set standard of food quality, service, product and cleanliness.
  • Monitoring of inventory stock levels and ordering when required.
  • Assist in planning of menu based on seasonality and customer's preferences.
  • Provide customer service and service recoveries when required.
  • Customer feedback and customer relationship management.
