Job Description - Full Time Service Crew

Ensure cleanliness of restaurant, floor and tables before opening hours, set-up tables and chairs
Keep cleaned the bar area
Welcome customer, taking care of them with friendly attitude in style with Italian family environment
Give suggestion to customers regarding dish and drinks, like the dish of the day (in accordance with chefs), wine of the month (in accordance with Restaurant Manager)
Pick-up orders from the Kitchen
Prepare drinks at the bar and bring to clients
Prepare simple dish at the bar area like desserts
Use of POS: placing orders, make bills, get payments, perform POS opening and closing duties
Polish silverware, glassware; cutleries
Serve takeaways orders, being able to manage delivery platforms
Update menu knowledge
Ensure compliance with established service standards.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
