Full-Time Bakery Outlet Supervisor / Manager

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position, Outlet Supervisor/Manager. The role is required to take on the leadership responsibility of optimizing the outlet sales results by managing the overall operations of the store, ensuring product and customer satisfaction, managing and monitoring of all operational systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• To perform assigned tasks including taking customers’ orders, serving of food and drinks, food preparation, ensuring guests’ needs are met
• To ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries both immediately and efficiently
• To build the outlet operations, sales and business results of the outlet and adhere to all food hygiene standard and process
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues. Interview part-time employees. Direct hiring, supervision, development and, when necessary, termination of employees.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
• Knowledge of all product ordering system, check on the quality of food production and orders
• Maintain all inventory and stock records and ensure that logistics and other materials are properly replenished
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned 

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience as a supervisory role in F&B 
• Willing to work 6 days including weekend
