You should preferably :
… have experience in baking (layered cakes, ganache, desserts)
… have experience in fondant cake decorating (figure modelling, covering, decorations, sugar flowers)
… enjoy working in a small team and have team leading skills
… have a sense of style and current trends
… be willing to learn new skills, recipes
… be precise and takes pride in work
… be used to working cleanly
Your duties as Pastry Chef include
· Preparation of cakes and desserts incl. quality control
· Operational kitchen management
· Baking, Cake decorating, figure modelling, sugar flowers
· Planning, designing and executing dessert tables
· Keeping and enforcing cleanliness in the kitchen
Must have Valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
