Job Description - Junior Sous Chef

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU... JOIN US TODAY AND BE PART OF OUR FUN TEAM

Main Duties & Supporting Responsibilities:

To assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes
To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards
To assist the team in the overall checking and maintaining of your station and to assume overall responsibility
To ensure by checking that all dishes prepared and presented in your section are to the standard

Requirements:

Minimum 1 - 2 years working experiences in restaurant or hospitality industry
Team player and has a positive attitude
Willing to learn
Passion for food & creative
Immediate availability
