Fat Belly is a casual fine dining steak house.
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our opening team for our new outlet.
Requirements:
- Worked in a professional kitchen for at least 6 years
- Experienced in beef & general butchery
- Experienced in handling the charcoal grill
- Cafe-menu experience is a plus
- Menu creation and R&D experience is a plus
- Experienced in managing a team for at least 2 years
You should be:
- Inspired, hungry for innovation & passionate about food
- Able to work independently, reliable & a great team player
- Have a great attitude & always looking forward
- Able to work under stress
