Outlet Chef / Sous Chef (Non Halal Restaurant)

Role Description:

Western kitchen focused on American BBQ & Grill.

• Lead the kitchen to deliver excellent culinary standards.
• Manage weekly kitchen schedule and labour cost.
• Manage ordering and food cost. 
• Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.
• Train and develop junior chefs.

Requirements:

• Full time – 5 day week
• Western cuisine trained.
• Culinary school qualifications a plus.
• Previous experience leading a kitchen section.
