Production management trainee (5 day week)

Fresher is a F&B company focused on preparation of food for deliveries. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a cook and management trainee.

Job description

• Cooking and ingredient preparation according to recipe 
• Portioning of cooked food 
• Cleaning of kitchen appliances and dishes 
• Stocktaking and ordering 
• Assist in ad-hoc duties 
• Understudy management on management duties

Requirements 

• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian
• Have good interest and some experience in F&B
• Must be IT savvy
• Looking for a management position within 1-2 years in food delivery space
• Team player, people person

Compensation and benefits

• Review of salary after understudy period up to $3000
