Our Mediterranean restaurant looking for an experienced, self motivating Restaurant Captain. We are located in the CBD area in Singapore.
The candidate will report to and work closely with the restaurant manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports daily operations such as opening shifts and setting up the restaurant before operation hours
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
- Carry out ad hoc duties as per management’s instruction.
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant before and after operations
- Assist the manager in the monitoring of stocks such as wines, beverages, chemicals, stationeries and other operation needs
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Be willing to learn and work
- Great team player
- Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
- Keen Interest and passion about food and beverage industry
- High quality standards in customer service, health and hygiene
