Assistant Restaurant Manager

Located at the heart of the city, Takashimaya Shopping Centre, we are looking for the right one to join our team!\

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide warm & welcoming service, excellent dining experience to customers, and roles model to store crew.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and highly energized environment.
• Able to carry out every role for floor operation and assist with soufflé/kitchen roles if needed.
• Comply to outlet safety, cleanliness, hygiene according to SOP.
• Experienced in handling compliant, feedbacks and disputes professionally.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in manpower management, recruitment and training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Looking for someone with good interpersonal, communication and managing skills with cheerful personality.
• Mature and decisive with good business acumen.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably Singaporeans or PR, however will consider providing work pass for outstanding candidates.
• Ability to speak Japanese language would be a plus point (although not a must)
