Restaurant Management Trainee - from S$2,500

We are shortlisting full-time position candidates who are interested to enhance their career in the F&B industry. Upon completion of 6 months work with a good performance evaluation, you will have the opportunity to progress to supervisory or managerial roles such as:

• Assistant Supervisor
• Supervisor
• or Assistant Restaurant Managers

Starting salary @$2,500 (Increment opportunity with good performance evaluation)

Your Role:

• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Overall service duties and to rotate tasks with team members
• Assist to create a good working environment and identify areas that needs training and action to support it
• Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed
• Manage, assist, and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant way
• Ensure that overall store image is maintained and the brand is well represented at all times
• Provide coordination and services between service and kitchen
• Adhoc duties when necessary

If you are:

• A Singaporean/SPR with willingness to learn.
• With at least 5 years of working experience in F&B front of house service
• Positive and humble attitude with the ability to make a positive influence
• Motivated, hardworking and a fast learner,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends and Public Holidays

Requirements:

• Proof of employment in F&B establishment required (eg. payslips / references/ letters etc.)
• Education certificate in F&B is an added advantage
