Our Mediterranean restaurant looking for an experienced, self motivating Assistant Restaurant Manager.


5.5 day work week

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the running of the restaurant and managing the service staff

- Lead daily operations efficiently through guiding team members

- Train and manage team members to achieve sales targets for the month and year while achieving guest satisfaction

- Recommend and upsell menu items as well as advise customers on any ongoing promotions to achieve revenue targets

- Enhance customer service quality through continuous improvement process

- Ensure efficient use of resources and minimise wastage

- Provide prompt and excellent customer service

- Promote & Cultivate a cohesive and collaborative culture withint the organization including BOH and FOH

- Manpower planning to support operational needs

- Handle guest complaints with care and provide service recovery options

- Manage reservations and deliveries

- Respond to various work related emails

- Participate in the weekly and monthly inventory exercies

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B field in any Supervisory role.
  • Required Skill(s): customer service skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, taking initiatives, teamwork, leadership
