Retail Supervisor

You act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of The Bettr Group. You work closely with the Retail Manager to execute the team’s vision and strategies for the year and meet targets. You are responsible for smooth and optimal operations in the Retail Outlets. You are accountable for the operational performance and development of your team.  

Scope of Work

• Grow and champion Bettr’s culture, values and vision with integrity and knowledge

• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts

• Lead, supervise and manage teams

• Oversee and ensure smooth running and operation within the team

• Follows Bettr Coffee's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift

• Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards

• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

• Stakeholder and vendor management - ensuring good relationships with relevant stakeholders like landlords, partners, facility managers and vendors

• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance
