Service Captain

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables for meals, including set up items such as linen , silverware and glassware

• taking of orders

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas

• Attending to customer’s request

• Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction

• Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken English

• Pleasant and outgoing personality

• Excellent service attitude. Strive for perfection

• Work with passion, zest, energy and professionalism

• Able to work on split shift, 6 days week

• Training will be provided
