Service Captain (FT/PT)

Attractive staff package:
- From $2,100 to $2,300/ month; commensurate based on experience
- 5 day work week (shift work)
- 44h per week only; OT pay is offered
- Meal is provided
- Uniform is given

Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service standards to guests at Brotzeit® restaurant establishments and ensure that guests’ needs are met timely.

Job Responsibilities
1) Customer Satisfaction
- Meet and exceed expectations of guests by providing exceptional service
- Respond quickly; always timely and friendly
- Conduct table visits and ensure diners have a pleasant dining experience
-  Take apt actions to correct problems, if any
2) Operations 
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities
- Inform guests of any daily specials when presenting menus
- Answer questions about menu items and making recommendation upon requests
- Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware

3) Food Hygiene and Safety Standards 
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Be proactive and ensure constant maintenance/cleanliness; work in line with Brotzeit® guidelines
Job Requirements
Preferably with F&B experience 
No experience is welcome as 
training will be provided
Possesses a service orientated mind
Pleasant and cheerful personality with a positive mindset
Strong team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
