Job Description - Service & Counter Crew

We are looking for fun and engaging ice cream counter crew that are enjoys serving customers in a fun working environment.

The Service and Counter Crew will report to the Operations and Outlet Manager at our Jurong Point or Nex outlet

Specific Responsibilities

Kiosk Counter Duties (Ice Cream)
Customer relationship Management
Stock Monitoring
Serving
Operate Equipment
Cashier & Accounting
Ensure counter area is well-kept and to ensure all equipment and utensils are clean
Outlet Hygiene

Competencies:

Enjoys working in a customer facing Environment
Be confident, cheerful, energetic, and fun loving
Able to handle challenging situations confidently and calmly
Be discipline and adhere to company’s policy
Reliable and turn up for work on time per schedule
Team cooperation
Willing to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Prior experience not required as training will be provided
Bilingual preferred but not necessary

Educational Qualifications: Secondary 4 and Above

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
