Service Crew

Hello we are Culture Spoon!

A new co-sharing kitchen concept with dine-in and retail concept, located at River valley road. Aiming to deliver a unique experience to diners! We are looking for passionate and hard-working Part time/Full time Service Crew! We have flexible shifts and scheduling, with minimum commitments of at least 3 days per week for part timers! 

Salary

• $10/Hour (Part-Time)
• Starting from $2300 per month (Full-Time)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide quality Customer Service
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour
• Assist customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Take Orders
• Have a good knowledge of menu products and availability of different food items
• Ability to provide customers with dietary restrictions with recommendations
• Serve Food and Beverages
• Clean and Prepare Tables
• Ensure that plates and cups are cleared efficiently and brought to the kitchen
• Ensure that tables are wiped and sanitised after each guests so as to maintain cleanliness.
• Process Payments
• Ensure all tables are billed before customers leave.
• Operate POS and Credit card machines to handle payments.
• Respective opening and closing duties as required
• Previous experience would be good! But we are willing to teach if you are willing to learn. Looking forward to you joining our growing family!

Working Hours

• Part-Time - 20 hours per week
• Full-Time - 5 working days per week, 44 hours shift per week!
