Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in fine or casual dining restaurant
• Possess capability to lead, motivate and manage staffs
• Able to work as a team
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent level of customer service
• Candidates with relevant/more experience could be considered for a Floor Captain role

Job Description

• Assist in handling bistro daily operation
• Upkeep of bistro cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the outlet
• Handle customers' feedback promptly
• Communicate with kitchen on customers' requirements
• Administer daily guest reservation list
• Ensure good teamwork & communications
• Cashiering Duties
• Inventory management
• Comply with all health and food safety regulations
• To perform other ad-hoc task time to time as assigned by supervisor
