Job Description - Service Crew

Must be knowledgeable and adhere to company SOPs
Be able to take food and beverage orders using the ordering system
Greet guests and provide customer service to guests
Serve food and beverages, check orders to ensure all dishes are served
Set up mis-en-place daily
Prepare sauces and condiments
Perform side duties
Knowledgeable of the promotion menu and able to recommend guests
Execute any duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
