Service Crew (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Good customer service skills (E.g. Greeting customers upon their arrival.)
• Supports a great customer experience by serving every customer with an impeccable experience
• Strives to be knowledgeable about the brand and confident with making recommendations
• Being observant to guests' needs throughout their experience, finding opportunities to "go the extra mile" to create good customer relations
• Able to work well as part of a team and take initiative, independent of direct supervision
• Practice good personal hygiene and cleanliness at respective work stations and service areas
• Preparing foods and beverages in accordance with recipes and instructions provided
• Evaluating the quality of food and beverage items to ensure standards are met
• Ensure outlet facilities are maintained in good working condition

• Dedicated, committed, and keen to learn
• No work experience required as professional training will be provided
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
