Service Crew (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Baker's Brew serves the amazingly delicious cakes and coffee and we want you to be part of our expanding team! Our mission is to put a smile on customer face, one cake slice at a time!

Baker's Brew is currently located at multiple locations island wide.

We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our crew.

Service Crew Responsibilities:

-Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures 
-To ensure the company’s standard operating procedures is adhered 
-Provide guidance to fellow colleagues 
-Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction 
-Work closely with Retail Management to manage profitability and achieve the sales target 
-Any other tasks as required.
