Job Description - TCM Receptionist 诊所柜台服务

• Reception, appointment setting, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock-count and management
• 负责门诊前台接待工作,客户预约,就诊接待,客户投诉初步受理等工作
• 诊所营业前准备和营业结束的收尾工作
• 准确完成各类加工件的收发和追踪
• 顾客初诊信息录入,顾客回访、登记等资料分析、整理归档
• 负责门诊采购事宜,办公用品/药库的管理
• 维护门诊日常办公坏境整洁
• Basic + Commission role
• 5 days work per week
• Work from 10:00am – 9:00pm, Able to work on weekends
• 2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
• Work near MRT
• Good customer service and people skills required
• MUST speak/write BOTH in English and Chinese and
• to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents (we are a TCM clinic)
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-executive specialised in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
