Handyman and Air Conditioning Technician

Casa Mia Casa Tua is a coliving company in Singapore. We are looking for one enthusiastic Handyman and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team and provide technical expertise to support our members in all their technical needs related to their accommodation needs. 

Responsibilities

• Provide handyman services to all our homes
• Perform regular maintenance of the air conditioning units in all our homes
• Conduct a periodic site inspection of the homes
• Attend to members’ complaints and requests in regards to facilities issues
• Liaise with vendors for quotations required for any repair or improvement
• Supervise all vendors in their technical works, like electrical, plumbing and mechanical jobs or improvement works.
• Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the rest of the team.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general handyman works, electrical works, plumbing works, carpentry works, and aircon servicing.
• Air conditioning repair certification is a plus.
• Customer service oriented, problem solver, proactive.
• Must be able to read technical manuals and drawings
• Driving license is required.
