Technician

Responsibilities:

  
Responsible for maintenance of the building facilities
  
Clear chokages in sanitary system and inspect all sanitary fittings
  
Perform handyman works including minor repairs, installation of signs, water seepages/plumbing works etc
  
Perform building inspection and identify maintenance needs
  
Maintain proper records, report preparation in relation to work
  
Work closely with Facilities team to schedule and coordinate work assignments

Requirements:

  
Minimum ‘O’ Level or NITEC in related engineering field
  
Certification in First Aid/CERT is an added advantage
  
At least 2 years of working experience in large commercial shopping centres, hotels, serviced apartments or residential properties
  
Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends & public holidays
