Full Time Clinic Assistant

• To assist in the daily operations of the clinic:
• Triage and Safe Entry. Health Declaration.
• Registering Patients, dispensing medication, and collecting payments
• Top up medications
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients.
• Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, resting ECG.
• Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior.
• Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
• Top up medications and assist in stock taking
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
• Wipe down and infectious cleaning 

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• Minimum GCE N/“O’ level or NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC
• Sales experience an added advantage.
• 5 or 5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (hours include 3 nights)
  
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.

For Part Time Position

Morning Session: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm, and 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm for the evening sessions. Flexible hours.

Basic Salary: $9-11 per hour with additional add-on performance incentives depending with or without experience.
