• Handle all work permit applications, renewal, cancellations, etc  

• Update, process and maintain leave, personnel files, claims (NS, GMPL, etc) and claim reports (work injury, MC, etc). Maintaining of employees’ data in the payroll system for remuneration and benefits’ record.

• Liaising with staff on leave, claim and payroll related queries.

• Preparing of reports for both internal and statutory reporting, including MOM surveys, headcount reporting, etc

• Assisting in month end payroll entries for finance dept, reconciliation and payment of payroll. To work closely with finance dept and payroll vendor

• Provide monthly payroll reports and other related HR reports to relevant stakeholders from time to time.

• Ensure Applications with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, GPML, NS, NEA, other agencies

• Respond timely to employee enquires (leave, benefits, etc)

• Reception work – receive visiting guests, deliveries, answer and transfer all phone calls, ordering of stationaries, company stamps, uniforms, etc

• Post and follow up on hiring advertisements on online job portals, recruitment agencies, etc. Including shortlisting and coordinating interviews

• Assist in On boarding and Off boarding of Employees - issuance and maintenance of employee handbook, booking of FHC, issue uniform, stationaries, etc, benefits administration, insurance, etc

• Ad hoc HR duties and projects as assigned

• Reports to : HR Manager / Director


• Demonstrated payroll processing experience

• Minimum 2 year hands-on payroll experience

• Using in-house software for payroll

• Attention to detail

• Have a strong knowledge in local labour and tax laws

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word, automated time-keeping systems
