Job Description
· Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
· Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, etc.
· Responsible for work pass related matters.
· Responsible for insurance related matters.
· Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
· Responsible for submission of training grants.
· Administer annual performance appraisal.
· Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
· Prepare HR letters and memo.
· Monthly reports.
· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
