HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and admin
• Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters
• Assist in managing manpower scheduling with Operations Department
• Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR circulars
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing
• Assist on project follow-up

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 2 years experience in HR operations
• Working knowledge of labour regulations and industry best practices
• Team player with ability to strive amid ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
