Talent Acquisition:
• Handle end to end to end recruitment process, from posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews to assessing candidates during interviews
• Collecting employment and tax information
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Preparing new employee files
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Conducting benefit enrollment process
• Serving as a point person for all employee questions
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Processing payroll through HR system
• Answering payroll enquiries
• Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
• Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions and reconciling benefits statement
Requirements:
• Honest, ethical, and dependable
• Positive, go-getter attitude
• Able to manage stress and make important decisions under pressure
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• Min Diploma in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
• Min 2 years in HR Generalist, preferably with payroll and recruitment experience
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
