Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
  • To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews
  • Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc
  • On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
  • Handle monthly payroll and salary report preparation
  • Design, oversee and implement Company’s compensation and benefits programs
  • Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
  • Organize corporate events
  • Review and update HR Policies
  • Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims
  • Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned


  • Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
  • At least 1 year HR and payroll processing experience
  • Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision

Other information:

  • Working hours: 5 Days work week, Monday to Friday 9:30AM – 6:30PM
  • Location: Clarke Quay area
  • Annual leave and medical & dental allowance will be provided after probation
