• Processing of work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (WPOL and MYE)
• Liaise with relevant authorities on foreign workers related matters
• New employee's on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration and exit process
• Responsible for bi-monthly payroll processing including attendance overtime checking
• Maintain employee data in HR system to ensure records are up-to-date and

• Maintain and upkeep employee file to ensure filling is up to date
• Coordinate closely with Operations supervisors and Managers
• Undertake other HR functions when assigned from time to time
• Daily Reporting of Workers Manpower
• Oversee day-to-day leave record maintenance
• Generate Monthly HR Management Reports
• Preparing employment agreement
• Medical benefits related workers
• Coordinate training courses
• Liaise with external partners
• Participate in HR project
• Travel flights bookings
• Assist in co-ordination of staff engagement activities and Company events
• Assist Other ad-hoc Human Resource and admin duties as assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Preferably 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in HR support duties
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, work well under pressure
• Must be Meticulous and Organized
• Fast learner and agile
• Strong in communication skills, confident in engaging stakeholders of all levels
• Able to work independently
• Hands-on experience on Time Soft preferred
• Knowledge in current Singapore Employment Laws Regulations (Especially about calculating foreign worker quota)
• Construction background with MYE experience will be advantages
• Able to start immediately is preferred
