Job Description - Corporate Secretarial Executive

Corporate Secretarial Executive - Law firm at Raffles Place

Responsibilities

Provide corporate secretarial services to Singapore private companies
Assist in incorporation of company
Perform filing of annual returns and preparation financial statements in XBRL to ACRA
Ensure timely statutory compliance and share transfer with IRAS
Monitor deadlines and maintenance of statutory registers and minute books
Prepare resolutions and minutes
Perform KYC checks
Company striking off.
Opening of bank accounts

Requirements

Min. 3 years corporate secretarial experience with legal firms or corporate service providing firm
Must be able to manage full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and clients independently
Familiar with preparation of financial statements in XBRL format to ACRA
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Affinity
Singaporeans are welcome to apply
