Assistant Logistic Officer - Tuas GK1

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth warehouse operations
• To perform all incoming / receiving related activities including break bulk, verification of goods,  labelling and locate into storage 
• To perform all outgoing job tasks including preparation, checker, packing verification of pallet  and loading/unloading of containers 
• To prepare weekly/monthly logistic data for cargo tracking and month-end closing
• To ensure all functions and processes are in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• To be responsible for carrying out process studies, recommendation on process improvement  and executing them for constant work improvements 
• To carry out inventory stock taking management
• To perform other duties assigned by supervisor and manager duties assigned by superior
• Repare periodical reports and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
  

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics Management or related discipline
• Good initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office
  

Shift Type / Work Hours: Normal Shift (5 days work week) / 7.50am to 4.55pm
