Job Details:

• Build relationships with captains and crew at the port to increase cash sales to vessels
• Ensure all deliveries are complete and on time, documentation is completed and returned to the correct department and all assets are returned to the company after supply
• Ensure sales targets and other individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved
• Ensure customer satisfaction of products and services to reduce number of goods returned
  
• Visit vessels who are not clients for business development activities to increase client portfolio and increase cash sales
  
• Build relationships with key agents, husbandry companies and port authorities to aid in the smooth running of operations
  
• Research the market on a regular basis to keep abreast of best practice, trends, market intelligence and competitor activities
  
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Ethics & Compliance and Food Safety (if applicable) policies
  
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Port Manager/Commercial Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any field
• Candidates with sales / customer service experience will have an advantage
