Our client is a prominent biomedical company in Singapore, with over two decades of presence in the country. They are currently expanding their business and are seeking a strong leader to head their supply chain operations. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, including demand planning, procurement, and shipments.

about the job

• Ensure the smooth execution of daily supply planning, shipping operations, and job fulfillment to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control, ensuring the business stays on track financially by managing the supply chain and other resources to minimize costs and maximize results. This includes reporting and analyzing actual versus budgeted metrics, including activities and expenses.
• To assess and enhance shipping and freight operations for the business by implementing cost optimization strategies and techniques.
• To conduct comparative data analysis and report on actual vs. budgeted metrics, including activities and expenses, during the Sales & Operations Planning Meeting.

skills and experience required

• Preferably talents with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Navision/Microsoft Dynamics will be considered a plus.
