Inventory & Logistics Assistant (Remote)

We are a physical product bedding brand with high volume online direct sales mainly based on Amazon, with Sales in the US and Europe. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Virtual Assistant to help us with our private label product with experience in stock management, Amazon Seller Central FBM/FBA, and stakeholder management. 

The Logistics Virtual Assistant will be assisting the management team tracking our stocks on Amazon and C-Discount, guaranteeing we never run out of products. 

Is required from the VA

• Demonstratable experience of working with stock management on Amazon 
• Inventory management experience
• Experience supporting the 3PL partners 
• Great stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and its basic formula.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French
• Availability to talk via phone or conference call during regular European (GMT+1) business hours
