Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics Assistant (Class 3 & Forklift)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Check the quantity and quality of received products, recording the necessary information.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock, oversee picking and packing processes, ensure order fulfilment, and track vehicle movements.
• Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vans or trucks.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organize and label parts systematically.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the warehouse and equipment.
• Deliver goods from the warehouse to various locations, including businesses and customers.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they remain in good operational condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to plan efficient delivery and pick-up routes. Manage timely deliveries of scheduled items/goods to customers.
• Confirm deliveries with customers and obtain proper acknowledgment.
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations, wear protective gear, and adhere to speed and weight limits.
• Report any security concerns related to parts storage, potential fire hazards, and personnel safety to superiors.
• Contribute ideas to improve procedures and increase operational efficiency.

• Minimum NITEC Certification with 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Experience in operating forklifts and pallet jacks
